Refund, Chargeback & Rescheduling Policy

DWI Education Programs of Texas, LLC provides state-approved courses through both digital access and scheduled sessions. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, chargebacks, and rescheduling.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to complete the course within the required timeframe
- Ineligibility to use the course for legal or court purposes
- Technical issues not related to our platform (e.g., device/browser compatibility)
Exceptions – Refunds at Administrative Discretion
Refunds may be considered in limited cases at the sole discretion of administration, including:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Course not delivered or scheduled in a timely manner due to a system error on our part.
Approved refunds, if granted, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Payment Plans
If you are enrolled in a payment plan, please note:
- We can cancel your program and stop any future scheduled payments upon request.
- However, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
- You will be immediately removed from the program and will lose all access to the course and materials.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the following actions:
- Immediate removal from the program
- Cancellation of any future payments on payment plans
- Loss of course access
- Certificate of completion withheld until the matter is resolved
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly with any billing concerns before disputing charges with your financial institution at support@dwieducationprograms.com . We are committed to helping you resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a class or course, please contact our office as soon as possible.
A rescheduling fee may apply, particularly for last-minute changes or requests for specific scheduling accommodations. Rescheduling is subject to availability and program guidelines.
Course Access and Technical Support
Not all programs provide immediate digital access. Some courses are conducted through scheduled Zoom sessions or instructor-led meetings.
Upon purchase, you will receive digital instructions at checkout or via email, which will include program start times, access links, and other important details.
