EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2021: DWI-EDUCATION AND DWI-INTERVENTION CLASSES ARE PERMITTED TO BE CONDUCTED IN-PERSON OR ONLINE WITH INSTRUCTOR-LED FACILITATION.

Do you offer payment options?

Flexible payment plans are offered for certain courses to accommodate your financial needs. It's important to adhere to the payment schedule to avoid additional fees or potential dismissal from the program due to non-compliance.

When do I receive my certificate of completion and/or report?

An electronic copy of the certificate of completion and status report is sent to P.O. and client after successfully completing IOP/SOP/Aftercare classes. Usually within 1-3 business days.

What if I no-show or fail to reschedule a class?

Non-compliance with attendance requirements may lead to additional fees or, in severe cases, dismissal from the program. We urge all participants to prioritize attendance and timely communication to ensure a successful learning experience.

Rescheduling fees, rules, and procedures.

To reschedule your class, please ensure you provide advance notice and make necessary arrangements before the scheduled start date. A rescheduling fee of $60 applies.

Where is my Zoom link? How do I join?

Check Your Email: You'll receive an email confirmation with the Zoom meeting link and session details.

Download Zoom: Ensure you have the Zoom app installed on your device. You can download it at zoom.us/download.

Join the Meeting:

Click on the Zoom link provided in your email at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
If prompted, enter the Meeting ID and Password from your confirmation email.

Audio and Video:

  • Ensure your microphone and camera are working properly.
  • Keep your microphone muted when not speaking to minimize background noise.
